autodep8 software package provides DEP-8 test control file generator, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install autodep8
autodep8 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the autodep8 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep autodep8 *
You will get with autodep8 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
